The Guild Headquarters is a central location in the website to confirm pre-launch guild creation, recruitment and administration. The guild sites and forums support English, French and German. The three-phase are Formation, Alignment and Deployment.
In the Formation Phase-1, the players start creating guilds and invite others to join them. They can search listed guilds and choose the one which fits their needs and play style. The guilds site is preserved by guilds leaders who provide information about individual guilds and the tools to distribute them. When a guild is created, a site is automatically created for the player’s guild. Each sits has public and private forums. Public forums are visible to anyone who is seeing the list of guild and it contains information or questions from potential members. Private forums are visible by the guild members of each individual guild and it allows them to socialize, plan and discuss recruitment.
In the Alignment Phase-2, a new optional system allows the player’s guild to mark other guilds as allies of adversaries. When the game is launched then these designations will influence as to which guild is to be placed in the same server. Once a faction-Republic or Empire is selected and after a guild has been created then the guild’s faction cannot be changed.
In the Deployment Phase-3, guilds that meet certain condition will be transferred into the game. The player’s guilds mini-site and forums will be available on the website. When Phase 3 starts all members of the guild will get an e-mail. The E-mail is sent to the address registered to each account. It is seen that everyone has ample amount of time to meet the condition for transfer into the game.
